Our Latest Office Procedures
Just as COVID has required each of us to make major adjustments in our personal lives, our office has made many operational changes. We are continually monitoring recommendations from the CDC, OSHA and the Pennsylvania Department of Health for maintaining proper infection control. Our latest office policies take additional steps to ensure protection of the health and well-being of our patients and our team.

Physical Office Changes
For excellent air quality, we recently installed a medical-grade 3-stage H13 HEPA filter air purification system. We also dress a little differently with some added personal protective equipment (PPE).
Appointment Scheduling and Capacity
We are functioning at full capacity of our regular daily appointment load.
Revised Orthodontic Emergency Definitions
Please follow our guidelines on how to care for your braces to avoid damages. We strongly encourage all patients to handle an orthodontic emergency via our self-care instructions. If you need additional help or need to be seen, please call our office at (570) 387-1243.

Reschedule for Illness or Exposure
If you have symptoms or known exposure to COVID, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.Brush Your Teeth

One Guardian Allowed
One parent or guardian may accompany the patient. Absolutely no other family members or friends will be allowed inside. Our reception area is at limited capacity this time.Wear Your Mask
Please bring your own mask and wear it properly to your appointment. Federal and state guidelines for social distancing and wearing masks in businesses continue and will be followed.Follow Cleaning and Distancing Instructions
Everyone entering the office is required to wash their hands or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer. The tooth-brushing station is temporarily closed for tooth-brushing and is a hand-washing/sanitizing station ONLY.After the Visit:
Schedule Next Appointment
You can schedule subsequent visits in person, by phone, text, email or our website’s appointment request form.Procedures for Our Staff
To keep both our staff and our patients healthy and safe, we implemented a new daily procedure for our staff:
- Temperature Taken Every team member has their temperature taken immediately upon arrival at work. Any team member over 100.4 degrees F is sent home.
- Wellness Survey Every team member answers a wellness survey. Any team member with positive responses is sent home.
